The three partnership deal ratified by Parliament broke upwhen one, the Norwegian partnersin the consortium pulledout. The implications of this action constitutes a breach according to legal experts.

A pull out we are told does not kill the deal despite the breach.

On the other hand, vice presidential candidate for the NDC, has said that decisions concerning the sale of national assets should be left for the next government.

Should such decisions be left for the next government?
