Who really has majority in parliament?

Accordint to figures from the EC the NDC has 113 while the NPP has 108 seats in parliament. Looking at these figures we can infer that the NDC has majority.

Wait a minute, this is becoming exciting… four independent candidates of NPP origen and the CPP have the remaining seats in parlirment and the NPP is certain of their full support.

Let me ask you once again who really has a majority in parliament?
