Christmas always comes with giving and taking. This time aroun which will you be doing-giving or taking?
The season comes with lots of huge expectations from parents, children, friends, collegues,etc. asking for money, toys, and all sorts of gifts you can think of. The most annoying is those friends you never see during the year except on seasons like christmas, constantly reminding you of the season and what they want.
Sometimes it feels that they are extorting from you. Don’t you think so?
These reminders or perhaps extortions have already started. By now you should be receiving phone calls, text messages or e-mails with tons of demands.
How do you intend to manage all these demands and expectations? Are you going to use the worldwide economic crises as your excuse or you’ll just turn your phone off? In any case you must ensure that all these pressures don’t make you spend outside your budget.
Let us not forget what christmas is about. Christmas is all about giving.

For me its very very simple…the thing is, i dont wait till christmas before showing love to people around me. i’ve always made it known to people that loving truely has no seasons. i’ve always been honest with them on how far i can go. Communicating in a truely loving, respectable way is always essential. I will never leave to please anyone and cry afterwards, never!. I will do it if i have the capability or the means. Why? simply b’cos people are so deceptive and can let you down big time when u need them the most. they never give freely, they only do good when they can get something in kind. this has always made me feel sad ‘cos i can not appreciate or value such kind guestures. my mother n brothers are the only people who show me love of a pure heart.
this christmass, i dont have much to spend so i’m going to get the litle once simple valuable gifts and for the adults invite them over for a simple meal. It the priceless joy experience together that really matters to me and not getting gifts that will make me cry in bed cos of debts.
A little done from a pure heart forever stays in the minds n hearts of those who experienced it. Sincerity to yourself and to those around will always stand even if they turn to hate u one day. their conscience will never ignore the part abt you.
