All Ghanaians Must Vote Wisely to Have God´s Blessings, God Is Not Mocked
December 24, 2008
People only make a right choice when it is a righteous choice. All Ghanaians should take a closer look at the two candidates we are to vote for and mirror them with the instruction of God´s word. This is what will make our nation great and strong as stated in our NATIONAL ANTHEM. This concerns every Christian and God-fearing person who is concerned about the leadership and direction of this country, Ghana. Is the candidate arrogant or humble? In Prov. 8:13 God declares “I hate pride and arrogance” and Ps 25:9 declares “God guides the humble in what is right” Voters should maintain a Christ centered view or responsibility when considering who is on the ballot.
Whether or not you spend a portion of your life studying the ins and outs of politics and its fearless leaders, your life is undeniably affected by the various political affairs and decisions that run our country, Ghana. The word of God says that you will know them, the candidates by their fruits. It is important to know each candidate and know who you are putting in office. Gather information on each candidate and know what each candidate stands for. It is time for us to open our eyes to the truth. We can make a difference by doing the right thing.
If a candidate stands for something that is against God´s word and we vote for them anyway, I believe the blood of Jesus will be on our hands. It is time to audition and distinguish the real from the fake and truth from deception. We are the light of the world. We are to shine in the midst of darkness.. How many times have they not lied to the electorate about their achievements and capabilities? Have they fulfilled the simplest promises they made in times past?
With the connivance of many Christians and even ministers of the gospel the candidates are misrepresenting Christ and His gospel, Christianity. Thus they are leading their followers astray. God says to these unfortunate ones “RISE UP”! They have been hypocritical with their words and their actions. Does the candidate believe in the Grace of God or he attributes everything to luck? They have become extreme left and extreme right in their views by pushing their own agendas instead of God´s.
They have neglected the poor, needy, homeless, widows, fatherless and motherless. They have robbed and continue to rob their people through excessive profiteering from goods and services they have monopoly over. Yet they espouse without shame their belief in fighting for Human Rights. They have allowed injustice to prevail and have pushed war instead of peace. Justice is for sale in their courts of law. The truth they crucified refuses to die and reminds them of the time of reckoning that nears. Those who should be in jail walk free and those who should be free languish in jail. Political prisoners are perceived more dangerous to society than armed robbers, drug barons and drug dealers.
They use tax-payers money to enjoy every comfort under the sun. Yet they neglected to enforce child labor laws and protect women and young girls from social vices. Many roam the streets day and night in frustration seeking nonexistent jobs. Instead of showing sympathy for them they call them lazy Ghanaians. They have allowed criminal gangs to take over our neighborhoods. They look on whilst the gangsters rape and rob us because they would be useful to them one way or the other.
Our Lord weeps over our country this moment and He wishes we do the right thing to restore His will in the affairs of this country. VOTE WISELY and make me proud of Ghana, He says.
You have been silent for too long, the Lord says. Galatians 5:22 states “the fruit of the spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control”. Do the candidates possess these qualities? We cannot judge a man´s heart but we can judge a man´s actions. God told us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matt 10:16). We are to be wise, sharp and keen to the devices of the enemy. Do not force me to bless what is contrary to my word, for I will not do so says the LORD. Ghanaians be WISE.

Got something to say?

YOU HAVE MADE A DECISION AND WANT OTHERS TO BUY INTO IT AND YET PROFESS THAT WILL BE THE WILL OF GOD.WHO KNOWS THE WILL OF GOD. APPEARANCES CAN BE DECEPTIVE, MAN JUDGES BY OUTWARD LOOKS BUT GOD KNOWS THE HEART LET US NOT BE HYPOCRITES FOR GOD IS PERFECT. IN HIS OWN WISDOM WILL GIVE US THE BETTER OF THE TWO. WE ARE BEING JUDGMENTAL AND MUST AVOID THAT. WILL YOU CURSE GOD IF THINGS DONOT GO THE WAY YOU WANT? BE OPEN MINDED AND GOD WILL SURELY SPEAK, AND ESPECIALLY WHEN IT’S GOD’S CHOICE IT IS MANIFESTED BY INNER PEACE THAT CANNOT BE EXPLAINED.
